Dishes like smoked sausage with green tomato chowchow relish and grilled lobster tails with lemon-Fresno butter can be made on either a gas or charcoal grill. There are plenty of cocktails and appetizers but no desserts. VERDICT This striking barbecue cookbook shares a name with Flay's Emmy Award-winning TV series.
