When Hannah learns that her sister Michelle's boyfriend, Detective Lonnie Murphy, is the prime suspect in a murder case, she goes back to frigid Minnesota right away. Proving Lonnie's innocence will be harder than figuring out what went wrong with a recipe because he only remembers parts of the night -- until he woke up on the couch of a woman dead in her bedroom. As part of the force, his biggest allies -- his brother Rick and his partner Mike, both detectives -- have been taken off the case, so the impossible task of exonerating a suspect with no memory of the crime lies solely on Hannah's shoulders.
