Murder in Mesopotamia
(CD Audiobook)
Amy Leatheran is hired by archaeologist Dr. Leidner to work as nurse and companion for his wife who is subject to fits of nervous terrors. During their travel to an ancient site in the Iraqi desert, Mrs. Leidner proves to be demanding, yet fascinating. She gradually warms to Amy and, taking her into her confidence, she reveals the source of her terror. Events come to a terrible climax that results in murder. Hercule Poirot must rely on a drop of blood as the only clue to his investigation.
