Part one discusses methods and activities that can make poetry a natural, delight-filled part of a child's daily life at home, at school, in the library, and during quiet moments. Part two is a collection of over 240 poems to use with children. These lead easily to acting, writing, art, music and other activities across the curriculum to enhance children's pleasure and creativity.
