"The books of WAD has been designed and printed by Dwight Agner at The Press of the Nightowl, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. It was set by hand in Monotype Joanna, designed by Eric Gill. The title page illustration, and the ornaments used thoughout, are by W.A. Dwiggins; the drawing on the title page is from Droll Stories, and the ornaments first appeared in The Colophon, New Series. The Nightowl pressmark is by Margaret Agner. Approximately 190 copies were printed on 70 pound Curtis Colophon, and 16 copies on damped Worthy Hand and Arrows. The printing was done one page at a time on an 8 x 12 Golding Official hand press. Printing was completed in July 1974. The binding of the regular edition was done by Robert Burlen & Son, of Hingham, Massachusetts. Columbia Riverside Linen cloth was used for the spine, with French marbled paper sides. This is copy number 113 of the regular edition."--Colophon.
