DIYers will delight in the home-ground beef chili and the Thai pork lettuce wraps, no butcher required. Vegetarians can make use of the easy slice and dice blades to prepare a vegetable stir-fry with crispy tofu or and Provençal vegetable soup. Basic desserts—such as sugar cookies, brownies, and cheesecake—are covered, and the Easiest-Ever Vanilla Ice Cream recipe needs no ice cream maker.
