The little sleep: a novel
Mark Genevich is a South Boston private investigator who is narcoleptic suffering from the most severe symptoms including hypnogogic hallucinations. The waking dreams wreak havoc for him especially when he depends on real life clues to make his living. Jennifer walks into Mark's office with an outlandish story about a man who stole her fingers. He awakes from his hallucination alone and on his desk is an enevelope containing risque photos of Jennifer. Are the pictures real and is he hunting a blackmailer or worse?
